Practice operations
Move beyond a WhatsApp-only booking link
Starter makes it easy for a patient to start a conversation. Practice adds booking on your own website: patients choose an available session, while you and your staff see and manage the live queue for the day. You can still keep WhatsApp available when it suits your clinic.
On paid plans, LaunchMyDoc prepares patient-education drafts for your review. Nothing written by AI is published under your name until you approve it.

What annual service and Grow exclusivity mean today
Paid plans are annual because your website, domain, content review workflow and practice operations are maintained over time. During the current pilot, activation is arranged personally; taxes and payment details are confirmed before any paid plan is activated.
Grow exclusivity applies to the sale of Grow service, not to search rankings. It is held per clinic location: the default radius is 500 metres (adjustable by city tier), and we do not sell Grow to another doctor with the same speciality when either clinic point falls inside the other location's protected radius. Overlapping circles alone are not a conflict.
Renewal reminders are sent before an annual plan ends. If it is not renewed, the paid site is paused; LaunchMyDoc does not automatically delete your content or domain.
