Terms of Service

1. What LaunchMyDoc is

LaunchMyDoc ("we", "us") builds and hosts professional websites for medical practitioners. We generate website content — including practice descriptions and health articles — based on the information you provide, using automated tools. You review and approve content before it is published under your name.

2. Your account and your information

You must provide accurate information about yourself and your practice, including your real name, qualifications, and medical council registration number. Your website is published under your professional identity — misrepresenting credentials is grounds for immediate termination. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account, including staff accounts you invite.

3. Medical content and responsibility

Content published on your website — including AI-drafted articles you approve — is general health information, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You are the medical professional: you are responsible for reviewing every article before approving it and for ensuring your website complies with the professional-conduct and advertising rules of the medical council you are registered with. We are not a healthcare provider and no doctor-patient relationship exists between LaunchMyDoc and your patients.

4. Bookings

Appointment booking runs through your own WhatsApp number. We display the booking link; the conversation, scheduling, and consultation are entirely between you and your patient. We are not responsible for missed, mishandled, or disputed appointments.

5. Plans, payment and sponsorship

The Starter plan is free. Paid plans are billed monthly at the prices shown on our pricing page. Where your plan is sponsored (for example, redeemed through a partner code), the sponsoring organisation carries the billing relationship; your use of the product remains governed by these terms. If a paid plan lapses, your site falls back to the free tier or is paused — we do not delete your data on lapse.

6. Content ownership

The information you provide remains yours. Content we generate for your site (copy, articles, branding) is licensed to you for use on your LaunchMyDoc website for as long as you have an account. The platform, its software, templates, and the LaunchMyDoc brand remain ours.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use LaunchMyDoc to:

• publish content that is unlawful, misleading, or violates medical advertising regulations;
• impersonate another practitioner or misstate qualifications;
• attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the service.

8. Termination

You can stop using LaunchMyDoc at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

9. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of patients, revenue, or reputation.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in your dashboard. For questions, contact us via your dashboard or at the address on our website.
